Shipping & Returns
Orders are generally shipped via UPS Ground. Please provide a street address as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you are outside the continental US or are in need of special shipping arrangements, please contact us before you place your order.
If there is a problem with your order upon receipt, please contact us immediately so that we may do our best to remedy the situation. We will issue a full refund for most items returned within 30 days in new condition. Cancelled or returned special orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Music, Movies & Card Decks: Must be returned UNOPENED
Books: Must be returned unused and unmarked
Sale, Holiday & Seasonal merchandise: on clearance at the time of return will be refunded at the clearance price.
Gift Cards/Certificates: Cannot be returned
